the book i read, lush was about a girl named sam and her father is an alcoholic…her father has alot of problems, in the end sam relizes to stop beining mad at her dad because in his heart he really truely does love her…i thought the end still could have been better though i didnt really like how it ended…but overall it was a okay book

Advice that i would give to the author is to make the ending better. It would be better if maybe the author could have at least wrote what happened after her dad came home from rehab.

the advice i would give to sam would be to talk about all the problems she is having with a therpist or someone who has learned how to help people with their problems, cause by talking to someone  you don’t know who they are, they could be anybody. so she could have even talked to her dad about it since most of the issues are dealing with him .

Level 2: P – The problem that Samantha had was that her dad was an alcholic. To solve this problem, she wrote notes in a book that’s never been read. She always thought that it was a girl, but later on in the story, it was actually a boy. He was one of the librians and Samantha did know him, but he never spoke to her in person during school. At first I never thought that her idea would work, but later on in the story, I would say that her dission would be the best thing to do. Later on during the story Samantha realized that her dad was really trying to quit and that she would finally accept her dad as a really nice and loving father.

Lush is a book about a girl named Sam. She has a dad that has a drinking problem. So she writes notes to this random person in the library and asks for advice. She doesn’t get enough advice that she needs to help her dad stop his drinking problem.

There are a couple of reasons to reread the book Lush.  1) If you don’t understand something. 2) I f you really liked something 3) You could read it to someone else 4) you can reread it to highlight a different part of a paragraph. Therse are a few reasons to reread any book for that matter.

Okay so this girl sam right.Her dads a alcholic,but shes really selfish.She makes her life out to be sooo bad when really its not.Her life can be so much worse. Her dads a druken fool but she just needs to except that, and relize that inside hes a good guy that loves her. yeah it must hurt sometimes but shes the one making her life so bad. Lifes what you make it sam. and someone will always have a better life and someone will always have a worse life. so deal with what you got, and make the best of it no matter how bad it is…wow i should be a counsiler haha. okay well bye ! 🙂

If I lived in this setting, I probably wouldn’t write notes to somone i dont know. I would probably go to one of my close friends for adivice and see if they could help me get through what Sam is going through.
